What you'll do Serve as the technical SME for cloud operations, providing guidance and expertise to the team. Coordinate daily cloud operations, ensuring incidents, requests, and changes meet agreed service levels. Monitor operational performance, manage backlogs, identify risks, and escalate issues when needed. Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and drive automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives. Mentor Cloud Operations Engineers and support their technical development. Collaborate with Cloud Architects, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to continuously improve the cloud platform. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, or cloud platform administration. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud operations. Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Good understanding of networking, identity management, monitoring, and cloud security.
