Location: Egypt Market Unit: Global Buissnes Services Career Level: Professionals Project Manager for Transition Projects Position Overview This role involves full responsibility for managing the transition of SAP, Microsoft, and other IT systems into modern data center environments, including those operated by hyperscalers. It plays a central role in coordinating complex IT infrastructure projects and ensuring seamless service delivery. Key responsibilities include: Leading the transition of enterprise IT systems to data centers, with a focus on SAP and Microsoft platforms. Acting as the primary coordination point for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Planning, coordinating, and monitoring project execution in collaboration with sub-project managers across all service areas. Working closely with colleagues based in the Alexandria office and international teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing. Your Background & Approach Extensive experience as an IT project manager, ideally in the areas of IT transitions, data center migrations, or outsourcing. Strong technical understanding of the operational requirements for SAP and enterprise IT systems. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Recognized certifications in IT project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and client environments. Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is an advantage. Proficiency in English is essential; German language skills are a strong asset.
