We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist who will work on new projects, improve our process and leave a mark on the future! How do we portray the ideal candidate? Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employer Branding, Internal Communication, or other HR Centers of Excellence Proven experience in leading or owning HR projects and improving people processes Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and modern HR practices Passion for creating engaging employee experiences and building a strong employer brand Curious about HR technologies, digital transformation, AI, and data-driven decision making Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills Fluent in English, both written and spoken Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LMS platforms, or other digital HR tools is an advantage Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and generate meaningful insights What will you be doing as a Human Resources Specialist at Adel? Lead and continuously improve Talent Management processes across the employee lifecycle Drive recruitment, employer branding, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives Design and coordinate learning programs, development journeys, and talent projects Manage employer branding activities, university relations, internship, and talent programs Analyze HR metrics and prepare dashboards to support data-driven decision making Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience Collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand organizational needs and deliver impactful HR solutions Stay up to date with HR trends, digital solutions, and AI-powered practices to continuously improve our ways of working We love colors at Adel!
