About this role
The Job Responsible for the maintenance, repair and support of all mechanical/electrical antenna facilities in the Hong Kong Earth Stations, will also be required to support service assurance activities and new installations. Requirements Higher Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline plus a minimum of 1 year in mechanic engineering experience, Hands on experience for servicing and repairing heavy mechanical and electrical components, Well Trained and experience with hand and machine tools used in the repair of mechanical/electrical equipment, Experience in rigging, Knowledge and experience in corrosion prevention and welding, Confidence in working outdoors at heights and standby duty after office hour for emergency callout, Required to report for work or remain on duty when Typhoon or Rainstorm Warning is in force, and Holder of valid Grade A Certificate in Electrical Worker and HK driving license class 2 will be an advantage. 工作性質: 負責香港赤柱衛星地面站所有機械/電氣天線設施的維護、修理和支持，並需支援服務保障活動和新安裝。 所需資歷: • 機械/電機工程證書或相關工作證明，並至少擁有1年機械工程經驗； • 具備維修重型機械和電氣零件的實務經驗； • 接受過機械/電氣設備維修中常用手動和機械工具的全面培訓並擁有相關經驗； • 具備豐富的索具操作經驗； • 具備防腐及焊接知識及經驗； • 能夠自信地在戶外高空作業，並能在下班後待命以應對緊急情況； • 颱風或暴雨警告生效時，需到崗工作或堅守崗位； • 持有有效的A級電工證照和香港2級駕駛執照者優先考慮
