Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate. Key Accountabilities Work directly with customers, suppliers and business counterparts to develop business solutions to meet their needs Monitor and review daily cash, futures and Forex positions Generate market, position and profit and loss reports based on data and specialty reports Participate in compiling and evaluating research on market requirements and identify opportunities Help coordinate program planning with customers to identify manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations Help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions. Help in monitoring performance vs budgetary goals and propose/execute related actions Coordinate the business plan execution with internal and external stakeholders (sales, production planning, R&D, finance, manufacturng and supply chain (including toll manufacturers) Participate in compiling and evaluating research on market needs and identify improvements in product value proposition and portfolio Qualifications What We’re Looking For Required qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field 0–2 years of work experience (internships included) Fluent in English and Turkish Preferred qualifications General understanding and strong interest in geo-political dynamics and trends Strong data and analytical skills and ability to proactively identify and resolve problems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment Motivation to build a long-term career in commercial teams #LI-EH1 What We Offer A structured, high-impact development journey with coaching and mentorship Hands-on learning across multiple commercial teams Rotation between different product categories & departments Exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making Competitive compensation and benefits Clear, accelerated career pathways post-program Our Offer We provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
