About this role
In this role you will support Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team across Europe by coordinating recruitment processes and ensuring efficient administration of hiring activities. Your Contribution Support Talent Acquisition activities through recruitment process coordination and administration Maintain recruitment-related data, records, and documentation in HR systems Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications Prepare reports and ensure data accuracy within recruitment tools and systems Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives across the region Contribute to process improvements and take on additional recruitment-related activities as your experience grows Your Experience & Qualifications Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or HR Ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment Fluency in English University degree (or ongoing studies) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) will be an advantage Our Offering Attractive salary package (including private health insurance) Becoming a member of a fast-growing team in an innovative company with stable market position Possibility to work for a well-known brand, a leader in Automotive industry whose products are highly recognized worldwide 25+ days annual vacation Flexible work schedule We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with personal & career development opportunities.
