Be a part of the highly experienced team. Key accountabilities Build and maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers through various communication channels. Research industry trends, new business opportunities, projects, and market developments that may benefit the hotel, and share relevant insights with the team. Monitor competitor hotels' occupancy, pricing strategies, promotions, marketing activities, renovations, and other commercial developments. Analyze and compare FIT and Group business performance among competitor hotels. Maintain and regularly update the customer database, ensuring accurate records of sales calls and sales activities. Prepare and submit weekly activity reports covering sales calls, site inspections, FAM trips, meetings, events, and other business activities to the Director of Sales. Monitor room night production and revenue performance of assigned accounts and agencies, and prepare quarterly production reports. Perform all duties and responsibilities efficiently, in compliance with company policies and procedures. General requirements Minimum of 2-3 years’ working experience in the hospitality industry. Luxury hotel Sales preferred and or operational hotel experience, proven sales track record a plus. Excellent customer interaction skills. Excellent command in spoken English. Sense of details, organization. Strong Communication skills. High School Diploma, Hotel Apprenticeship, Higher College Education.
