Hourly wage of $17.77 to $ 18.16 We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Permanent Positions we are looking to Fill P1: Tuesday to Thursday 0945-1745 P2: Saturday and Sunday 0945-1745 P3: Saturday and Sunday 0700-1900 Responsibilities for Museum Security Guard Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors Manage access control Perform regular interior patrols to ensure site safety and compliance with museum policies Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Complete daily activity and incident reports with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage crowds, ensuring they remain orderly and safe during events, and exhibitions. Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras. Manage entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and granting authorized access. Qualifications for Museum Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid Manitoba security license First aid certification an asset Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills French language skills not Mandatory but an asset Be able to provide proof of PR status or Canadian citizen status duet to reliability clearances requirement.
