Your role will be to manage inbound calls and ensure cases are managed effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a customer service role who is looking for long term career progression. On a typical day you will be: Answering high volume of calls Assisting callers with their healthcare enquiries Documenting all calls within our Salesforce CRM system Researching relevant information for customers using all available resources Seeking and listening to customer feedback Confirming medical procedures eligibility in line with policy Coordinating authorizations for treatment by liaising with 3rd party global providers Booking and amending appointements Assisting with enrolment and claims Important information : Permanent Contract Rotating working hours Starting date: September 2026 Office based position (No remote) Location: Moka, Mauritius Qualifications and skills: Minimum HSC, a high school diploma or equivalent Teritiary level education is desired Typically, at least 2 – 3 years of experience in customer service is required You speak English, French fluently Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is an advantage You have experience working in a customer service role in a contact center or similar environment and managing several cases per day You have Strong telephone and verbal communication skills and active listening skills You are Customer focused and empathetic towards customers You are multi-task and can set priorities and manage time effectively You can work in a fast-paced environment You are a good team player Shift work in accordance with a pre-published duty roster (24 hours a day, 365 days a year) We offer: Good salary package Fully sponsored medical coverage Private pension plan Inspiring working environment with lots of career growth opportunities.
