Key Responsibilities System scope: 161kV GIS / Mid /Voltage Power system /E-Gen (W/Diesel system)/ISO50001/ Instruments management Establish goals and objectives in conjunction with facility group leaders and manage the engineering activities in electrical system to achieve the said objectives. To implement PM activities and achieve PM performance. Provide project leadership for facility processes - including feasibility studies, planning, AR sponsorship, complete documentation, i.e., generally accepted project management guidelines. Design, modify, and recommend equipment types to meet or exceed requirements in operation control. Lead developments and propose engineering programs in electrical engineering that can improve or enhance the current process capabilities. Define maintenance and operations strategy for emergency generator, oil/dry type transformer, HV/LV, VCB, ACB and power distribution system. To conduct the training of electrical field knowledge. Experiences/Education - Required Experiences/Education – Required: College degree or above and major in Electrical Engineering or other related 2+ years of experience in Electrical engineering at least. 1-2 years of Electrical system operation repairing and/or installing equipment Skills Required: Familiar with equipment develop, design, select, purchase, start-up and debug practice Good trouble shooting skill, Parts management, maintenance coaching skill Familiar with electrical related code Project Management Vendor management Safety sense & LTT implementation. Document Management Good communication, coordination, and follow-up ability Skills Desired: 161KV GIS/transformer maintenance skill
