Job Summary: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the full New Product Introduction (NPI) process for the liquid cooling portfolio, driving projects from concept through commercialization. Manage new product development schedules, production planning, and resource coordination to ensure on-time delivery. Oversee infrastructure design, pump skids, and system architecture for high-density datacenter deployments. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners for product validation, optimization, and quality assurance. Support major customer deployments with technical project management and onsite arrangement. Track project progress, risks, budgets, and timelines while providing regular reporting to stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field (PMP certification preferred). Proven experience managing hardware/product development projects, preferably in liquid cooling, thermal management, or datacenter infrastructure. Strong knowledge of NPI processes, production planning, and onsite deployment coordination. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with major hyperscale customers and datacenter cooling solutions is a strong plus.
