The Candidate Screening Specialist is essential in optimizing the recruitment process at HireHawk. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and evaluating candidates to ensure they meet the role specifications. Your expertise will help us to identify and shortlist the best talent, maintaining the quality of our hiring process. You will work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in candidate screening or recruitment processes.Strong understanding of various assessment techniques and interviewing methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.A keen attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards in candidate assessments.Benefits
Monthly compensation: $600–$1,200 USDFull-time, remote role aligned to 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday.
