In this varied role, you will support employees throughout their entire Employee Life Cycle, take on exciting tasks in HR Administration and Payroll Support, and work in an international environment with diverse development opportunities. AVL List GmbH, the world's leading company for the development, simulation, and testing of powertrain systems, is setting up a new Shared Service Center in Hungary. For our location in Érd, we are looking for committed and structured colleagues to support our Austrian locations in HR Administration, employee support, and preparatory payroll processes. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: First point of contact for employees and managers regarding standardized inquiries on operational HR topics Ensuring a seamless Employee Journey through the professional execution of administrative HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, changes in working hours, parental leave, salary adjustments, offboarding) Execution and support of preparatory payroll processes, as well as ensuring a high-quality database for the monthly payroll accounting of our Austrian entities Transforming data into meaningful insights (e.g., creating reports and evaluations) Close cooperation with internal HR interfaces as well as departments such as Accounting and Controlling in Austria and Hungary Participation in projects for process improvement, standardization, and digitalization within the HR Shared Service Center. YOUR PROFILE: Relevant experience in operational HR work (preferably knowledge of Austrian regulations, particularly regarding payroll topics) Completed commercial education (apprenticeship, vocational school, high school diploma/Matura, or comparable qualification) with a focus on Human Resources Proficient with MS Office; experience with SAP HCM is an advantage Very good written and spoken German skills (at least B2+), good English skills Accuracy, reliability, and a high degree of responsibility and discretion Enjoyment of teamwork in a structured and service-oriented environment.
