Job Purpose Support the implementation of the Kiri Beyond Core and Out of Home strategy across the NEAR and Middle East region, in alignment with the overall Bel NME strategy. Drive the growth of the Beyond Core portfolio by leading innovation and renovation projects, while also supporting the expansion of Bel brands within Foodservice and Out-of-Home channels. Contribute to the delivery of key business objectives across volume, turnover, profitability, market share, and brand equity, while ensuring the effective management of the allocated A&P budget. Main Accountabilities Lead annual innovation plans and manage innovation and renovation projects from concept to post-launch. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Central Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Packaging, and factories to ensure smooth execution. Build launch plans, monitor timelines, track post-launch performance, and identify optimization opportunities, including P&L support. Support the implementation of Bel’s Foodservice and Out of Home strategy in collaboration with Sales and Trade Marketing. Identify growth opportunities across chefs, restaurants, cafés, hotels, and catering, and execute activations, partnerships, and events. Develop OOH communication platforms, activation materials, and manage creative, activation, and Foodservice agencies. Monitor consumer, category, and competitor trends, and lead relevant research to translate insights into innovation and activation opportunities. Manage communication campaigns end-to-end, including creative development, production, brand consistency, ROI tracking, and stakeholder coordination. Qualifications 4–6 years of marketing experience in a multinational FMCG company. Experience in innovation, portfolio management or Foodservice / OOH is a strong advantage. Strong project management skills.
