Day-to-day responsibilities Daily responsibilities You will be responsible for the sprint content for the version, in line with the roadmap Sprint tracking: estimates, risk, alerts, ticket progress, planning and management of unforeseen applications Assign topics to the team on the project Ensure smooth testing phases with the QA/testing team: capture feedback and plan fixes Organize project meetings: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective Maintain team cohesion and interactions with other teams Perform people management for team members Work with colleagues to develop them and support their career progression Who are we looking for Who are you?
