Could you be the full-time APSYS & Performance Director in Fez we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and strategic transformation in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, results-driven, and collaborative teammates. You'll drive and coordinate the APSYS (Alstom Performance System) roadmap locally, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (including site managing directors, department leads, and APSYS central teams), facilitate improvement actions, and train colleagues on APSYS methodologies and tools. You’ll specifically take care of deploying APSYS initiatives and conducting assessments, but also contribute to the global APSYS network by sharing best practices and delivering training programs. We’ll look to you for: Driving and monitoring the implementation of the Site Improvement Plan (SIP) in alignment with site SQCD objectives Coaching top management and project teams on lean principles and APSYS methodologies Facilitating and coordinating improvement actions to achieve APSYS targets Training colleagues on APSYS programs, methodologies, and tools Performing APSYS assessments and consolidating self-assessment results Sharing best practices and participating in global APSYS events and training initiatives Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
