What you will get to do in this role:
Own the end-to-end commercial relationship across a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving growth across CRM, AI and Technology and Transformation workflow opportunitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with multiple C-suite personas (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) within large retail and consumer organisations, positioning ServiceNow as a long-term platform partnerLead and orchestrate a broad virtual account team including Solution Consultants, Solution Specialists, Customer Success, Partners and Marketing to execute on a coordinated account strategyBe a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business roadmap and advising on how ServiceNow can accelerate their transformation agendaIdentify the right specialist and support resources to bring into deals at the right time, ensuring the strongest possible team is engaged on each opportunityLead commercial negotiations, manage sales process, and drive opportunity closure across a complex, multi-stakeholder buying environmentBuild a multi-year account roadmap that expands ServiceNow's footprint and drives ongoing revenue growth across your strategic account portfolio To be successful in this role you have:
10+ years of experience in software or solutions sales, with a track record of managing and growing large enterprise or strategic accountsExperience selling into retail or consumer organisations at senior executive level, with an understanding of the technology priorities and buying dynamics within the sectorDemonstrated ability to develop and execute account strategies across CRM, AI, and digital or technology transformation initiativesExperience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, or analysing AI-driven insightsProven ability to produce new business, negotiate complex deals, and maintain healthy C-level relationships across large, named accountsExperience orchestrating a virtual account team across Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Partners and Marketing to deliver outcomes-based solutionsA track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive enterprise SaaS environmentStrong communication and executive presence, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for a range of audiencesExperience promoting a customer success mindset and a "win as a team" cultureWillingness to travel up to 50% of the time across your account portfolio Work Personas
