How you’ll make an impact as a Procurement Project Specialist Leading strategic procurement projects that deliver measurable value across global categories and business areas. Driving project governance, timelines, and deliverables so stakeholders stay aligned and outcomes are achieved on time. Building data-driven insights that identify opportunities for sustainability, cost efficiency, and supply assurance. Collaborating with category teams to shape sourcing strategies that support business priorities and responsible supply. Communicating clear project updates to senior stakeholders to support faster decisions and stronger execution. Strengthening collaboration across Malaysia, Panama, and Switzerland to accelerate delivery and expand your global network. What will make you successful Bringing procurement, sourcing, business analytics, consulting, or project management knowledge to solve complex business challenges. Applying structured project management skills to define priorities, manage timelines, and deliver results through others. Using analytical tools and digital solutions to turn data into practical recommendations and business impact. Collaborating confidently with diverse stakeholders, influencing decisions, and communicating clearly across levels and cultures. Communicating fluently in English; additional languages are an asset. Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
