Location: Kejayan Factory, East Java, Indonesia Function: Operations – Technical Department: Quality Assurance Reports to: Head of Quality Assurance Position Summary At Nestlé, quality is at the heart of everything we do. As a Quality Assurance Operation, you will act as the quality representative within the factory, ensuring all production processes consistently meet Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and regulatory standards. You will play a critical role in safeguarding product quality, food safety, and compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives to deliver safe, high-quality products to consumers. A Day in the Life Ensure compliance with Nestlé Quality Management Systems, GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards. Monitor and verify production processes to ensure adherence to established quality requirements. Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve zero defects and reduce quality incidents. Participate in quality investigations, corrective and preventive actions, and closure of quality-related findings. Drive the implementation of NGMP standards, Foreign Body Prevention programs, Integrated Pest Management, and Pathogen & Hygiene Monitoring programs. Support internal and external audits and follow up on audit findings. Prepare and analyze quality performance indicators and trends. Collaborate closely with Production, Technical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to strengthen quality culture across the factory. What Will Make You Successful Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field. Relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Food Safety, or Manufacturing Quality. Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and food safety systems. Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and Quality Management Systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Why Nestlé?
