MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE OOH (Out-of-Home) Channel Manager is a strategic commercial role responsible for growing sales, developing channels, winning operators, and contributing into long-term Route-to-Market (RTM) capabilities across foodservice and institutional customers. POSITION SUMMARY Analyze OOH market trends and channel dynamics across 13 sub-channels. Build annual Channel Development Plans and develop channel-specific growth strategies. Identify new business opportunities and develop key customers, including contract caterers. Design win-win commercial programs to drive outlet acquisition and conversion. Match portfolio solutions to channel needs and develop channel-exclusive applications. Create menu applications that support SKU adoption, usage frequency, and basket size growth. Manage channel trade investment, monitor ROI, and work with Finance and Sales on customers’ annual agreements. Build channel knowledge, share best practices, and develop playbooks/toolkits. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Strong commercial thinking with the ability to create demand at operator level and scale opportunities. Good understanding of operator economics, shopper behaviors, menu profitability, and purchase drivers. Solid knowledge of OOH / HORECA & B2B channels, with experience selling solutions or concepts. Strong data-driven decision-making skills. Good cross-functional leadership and stakeholder collaboration capability.
