Preparation of quotations Order booking and handing over of the orders to CM/TOP Provide support in departmental activities like Audits etc
1. All pre-order activities such as preparation of techno-commercial offers. 2. Discuss with bought out equipment suppliers based on project specifications and obtain techno-commercial offers from sub suppliers. 3. Techno commercial support to sales offices (domestic and overseas) to win orders. 4. Coordinate and oversee engineering and documentation of conventional power project orders. 5. Discussion with customer on techno commercial issues 6. Preparation and release of indents after receipt of order. 7. Preparation of purchase notes and specifications for major bought out items. 8. In pursuit of customer satisfaction, ensure on time feedback to customers through sales offices. 9. Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, purchase and sales offices to effectively achieve delivery schedules as well as comprehensive techno commercial documents for conventional power plant projects.
Formal education: BE – Mechanical Professional experience: 10 to 12 Years of Experience in Engineering Industry Defined competencies: • Product and application Knowledge • Techno commercial knowledge of products and systems • Analytical skills • Planning skills • SAP SD Module
