Responsibilities:
Drive and execute VCA strategy across the Caribbean countries, proactively capitalizing on regional opportunitiesCreate business insights, including user experience and recommendation for consulting projectsProject management of bespoke complex projects, working together with client facing and analyticsMaking the presentations for the projects, including storytelling and data analysis with insights and recommendationsEnsure the timeline and execution of the consulting projectsDevelop frameworks, approaches, solutions and recommendations that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges.Engage in client needs to create sales pipeline of VCA projects and create proposal framework.Partner with peers in VCA (e.j. Implementation Services, Data Science, Verticals) and other functional areas (e.g., marketing, sales, risk, innovation) and across global regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resourcesProduce insights and analyses to improve client performance, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across the payment P&LDrive VCA public face and thought leadership with papers, conferences and seminars.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 2 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of relevant experience with a PhD.Ideally in quantitative field (e.g. engineering, economics, computer science, business administration, finance…).Experience working in the payments industry.Problem solving ability with strategic focus on influencing incremental growth. Understanding of card and payment P&L and critical factors driving profitability.Experience in managing and executing complex projects that requires coordination of other functional teams.Excellent communications skills, written and verbal and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations.Ability to work independently.Knowledge and understanding of banking operations, including products & services, business systems and processes.Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.Understand how to leverage GenAI tools to enhance productivity.Fluent English and Spanish.
