We are searching for the best talent to join us as Reliability Engineer in GET - Optical Inspection and Device Assembly and Packaging in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. In GET (Global Engineering and Technology) we aim to continuously improve by delivering agile, future proofed, data driven services and solutions. You will report to the senior maintenance manager

Purpose: In this role, you are responsible for driving the reliability performance & improvement of manufacturing equipment in Solids & API Synthetics. You will own the yearly reliability plan in close collaboration with stakeholders

The responsibilities and the impact YOU will have:

• The develop a long-term vision and plan for manufacturing equipment reliability performance improvement

• You act as a change agent on the adoption of the reliability culture • You monitor, define and analyse equipment reliability performance (KPI’s) to drive continuous improvement • You will conduct Root Cause Problem Solving, initiate business cases and implement work process improvement actions • You develop a long-term vision and plan for our manufacturing equipment to align with future business needs • You will ensure that all new equipment is integrated into maintenance and review Preventive Maintenance strategies for existing equipment • You implement, own and monitor strategic asset management processes • You leverage new technologies (Industry 4.0) and available data to optimize maintenance strategies We would love to hear from YOU, if you have the following essential requirements:

• You acquired a Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering or equal to experience. • You have practical industrial experience optimizing equipment performance • You have a strong interest in optimizing equipment performance • You are a critical problem solver, have the drive to deal with various issues and projects simultaneously with limited supervision • You feel energized by leading change across different departments using your project management skills. • You are proficient in English.
