**Leadership and Team Management:**

Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, OSHA requirements, and local, state, and federal guidelinesEnsure team members are trained and consistently follow established procedures and safety protocolsIdentify operational inefficiencies and make recommendations to senior management for process improvementsConduct regular inspections of the work area to verify proper functioning of equipment and adherence to quality standardsTroubleshoot operational issues and implement timely solutions to maintain productivity**Reporting and Documentation:**
Prepare accurate daily and period reports on key performance indicators, including productivity metrics, staffing levels, and operational efficiencyCompile statistical data and analyze trends to support informed decision-makingMaintain detailed records of team performance, training completion, and safety incidentsCommunicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management in a transparent and timely manner**Inventory and Resource Management:**
Accurately track and manage inventory of operational supplies and materialsCoordinate ordering and replenishment of supplies to ensure adequate stock levelsWork collaboratively with vendors and suppliers to schedule deliveries and maintain supply chain efficiencyMonitor budget awareness and support cost-control initiatives**Hands-On Operational Support:**
As needed, work alongside team members to perform operational tasks and meet production or service goalsDemonstrate proficiency in all operational functions and rotationsLead by example, showing commitment to quality and efficiency in all tasks **Required Qualifications:**
High school diploma or GEDMinimum 2-3 years of documented supervisory experienceMinimum 2-3 years of operational, production, or manufacturing experienceStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team membersKnowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, GMP, or equivalent)Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to analyze data and prepare reportsConflict resolution and problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededWillingness to support a 24-hour operation and be on call when necessaryAbility to pass a background checkPhysical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift materials up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally, and work in varying environmental conditions**Preferred Qualifications:**
