Operate a reliable personal vehicle to deliver products to customers in a safe and timely mannerRead maps and navigate to designated delivery locations accurately, even in unfamiliar areasLocate customer addresses and deliver products across varying terrain and weather conditionsCommunicate professionally with customers during deliveries, answering questions and addressing concernsProcess cash and card payments accurately, making correct monetary changeMaintain organized records of deliveries and complete required paperwork promptlyPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks to ensure your vehicle remains in safe operating conditionAdhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practicesHandle products with care to ensure they arrive in excellent conditionWork independently while remaining responsive to dispatch instructions and customer needsAdapt to changing weather conditions and unexpected route challenges with resilience and problem-solving skillsBuild positive customer relationships through friendly, courteous interactionsReport any vehicle issues or safety concerns to management immediately Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordProof of vehicle insuranceOwnership of a reliable, well-maintained personal vehicleAbility to read maps and use GPS/navigation systems effectivelyStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Ability to make correct monetary change and process payments accuratelyExcellent motor coordination and hand-eye coordination for safe vehicle operationPhysical capability to carry and deliver packages of varying sizes and weightsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong attention to detail for accurate address location and delivery completionDemonstrated reliability and punctualityAbility to work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditionsProblem-solving skills and ability to adapt to unexpected situationsCustomer service experience or demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction (preferred)Previous delivery or logistics experience (preferred)High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Knowledge of the Pittsburgh area or willingness to learn local routes (preferred) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
