About this role
This role has overall responsibility to provide leadership, vision, coordination, and functional direction to the Supply Chain Centers by utilizing problem solving and lean methodologies, as well as data analysis to drive out waste and improve productivity. The role supports one of the four North American regions on its journey to reach Continuous Improvement goals. This role is expected to be very hands-on when traveling to a center and requires strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and remotely influence the other centers within the region. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple initiatives at a high level.
