Schedule: Sun 2am-10:30am & Mon-Thurs 12am-8:30am
Starting Comp at $67,000. Possibly more based on Exp.
The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Warehouse Manager with the supervision and coordination of all aspects of warehouse operations. Effectively and efficiently handle customer service complaints and concerns. Train new team member in job duties. Comfort level working in a diverse, fast-paced environment. Follow company guidelines and company operational policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
(80%) Assist the Warehouse manager in all aspects of warehouse operations
Leadership:Recruit and interview new team membersKeep Warehouse Team Leader informed of potential problemsAttend and participate in annual Leadership & Development training sessionsAssign job tasks according to shipping schedulesCoordinate team member tasks and responsibilities to receive, store, and load food product and support goods in accordance with established company standards and procedures and within budgeted guidelines, while controlling costEnsure a safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA, company standards, local state, and federal requirementsUtilize and train team member on handheld scanner to perform all functions: pick, sort, pack, receive, stock, etc.Maintain positive customer relationshipsReporting:
Assist in compiling daily key indicatorsAccurately complete all necessary paperworkWarehouse Inventory Planning:
Maintain inventory control through effective warehouse methodsAssist team leader with quarterly counting and/or annual physical inventories using solo chain system reports, inventory software in order to ensure inventory accuracyCreate weekly loading schedule for receiving, warehouse and ICL departments.Warehouse Operations:
Review load sheet and verify accuracy of assembled loadMake recommendations to Team Leader on operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory currentAssist team leader with being always audit and 5s readyPerform other duties as assigned by Team Leader and/or Director(20%) As needed, fills in for Warehouse team member and performs tasks necessary to meet warehouse goals
High School Diploma or GED, some college with equivalent work experience, 2-year degree preferred2-3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience2-3 years of supervisory experienceMust have and maintain forklift certificationThorough knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory controlMust successfully pass a background checks every third year on your anniversary dateSolid knowledge of OSHA regulationsSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office softwarePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessaryMust be able to work around yeast and flour What you can expect from Domino’s:
