What you'll be doing... Supporting the delivery of ASOS' Human Rights and Fashion with Integrity strategy across assigned sourcing regions. Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to help identify and address human rights risks. Monitoring supplier performance, organising and following up on audits, remediation plans and corrective actions. Maintain the internal human rights system (TrusTrace) by entering data, updating records and generating reports. Supporting human rights due diligence activities, including risk assessments, investigations and remediation programmes. Tracking and analysing programme data, preparing reports and sharing insights with the wider business. Supporting the development of supplier guidance, toolkits, policies and training materials. Delivering training and awareness sessions for suppliers and internal stakeholders where required.
