What You’ll Do
Support FTZ administration and other FTZ operational tasks, including export formalities for Primark’s FTZs, in collaboration with the Senior FTZ ManagerAdhere to and support Senior FTZ manager in maintaining FTZ operations manualSupport for preparing FTZ filings related to import and export (such as daily admissions (e214), weekly estimates (CF3461), weekly entries (CF7501), EEI/AES, CF7512, etc.)Prepare and submit quarterly HMF paymentSupport the Senior FTZ Manager in managing inventory matters related to FTZ (such as overages and shortages, inventory balance, preparing MDRs, etc.)Maintain records in accordance with customs regulationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Sourcing/Buying & Merchandising, Finance etc.Support Senior FTZ manager in continuous improvement of FTZ operational practicesSupport Primark’s Partner Government Agency reporting (CPSC eFiling, Food and Drug Administration, Fish and Wildlife, US Department of Agriculture, Toxic Substances Control Act, etc.)Support Senior FTZ Manager in preparation of FTZ annual reporting (Annual FTZB Report, Annual Reconciliation, etc.)Support with general reportingSupport other compliance projects as assigned by senior managementWhat You’ll Get

What You'll Bring
Undergraduate degree requiredLicensed Customs Broker preferred2+ years of US customs compliance experience including knowledge of CFR Title 19 and tariff classification preferred.

The pay range for this role is: $66k to 99K
