We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Guard to uphold safety and security across our premises. In this dynamic role, you will be the first line of defense, ensuring the protection of property, assets, and personnel. Key Responsibilities: - Patrol the property on a regular basis to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. - Monitor and control access to the premises. - Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activities. - Conduct routine inspections of the property and security equipment. - Prepare detailed incident reports (online - APP) and maintain accurate daily activity logs. - Use the company's mobile security reporting App to document patrols, upload photographs, and report observations during each shift, following company procedures. - Report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or security risks to management. - Provide professional and courteous customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff.
Qualifications & Skills: - Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills. - Monitoring and reporting security issues. - Good written and verbal communication in English. - Punctual, reliable, and professional conduct. - Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile Apps for reporting and documentation. - Professional, dependable, and customer service oriented. - Physically capable of patrolling large properties on foot for extended periods (6- to 8-hour shifts). - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Previous security experience is preferred but not required. - This position is suitable for qualified candidates of all genders.
Availability Requirements - Must be available to work a flexible schedule. - Must be available to work at least one weekend shift and one night shift each week. - Minimum commitment of 24 hours per week, including availability for weekend shifts. - Additional day, evening, night, holiday, and overtime shifts may be required based on operational needs.
