Oakridge is currently seeking a dedicated and team-focused Groundskeeping Superintendent for the Hamilton and Brantford areas.
Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Team Management: Shows motivation, delegation, and handles conflict resolution • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: • Provides clear directives, active listening, and maintains client relations • Organization and Time Management: Prioritizes tasks and pays attention to the details
Compensation:
• $60,000 to $ 70,000 annually • Company Vehicle • Company Phone • A company-matched RRSP is available after one year • Benefits after 3 months
