*Job Summary* We are seeking an HVAC Installer to join our team. 90% Of our work is in Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam and Richmond.
We?re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

* Refrigeration Apprenticeship Hours with Skilled Trades BC * Newer Mercedes Sprinter (with CarPlay), Company phone, uniforms, * *Bonus pay for completed projects (Typically $3-5 extra per hour, depending on the project)* * Paid training (equipment service/ installation seminars, trade shows, TECA/HRAI, etc.) * 8 hour workdays (or more if you want, we aren?t pushy). *What* *We Do *
* Residential and light commercial retrofits (ductless, central heat pumps, RTUs, furnaces) * Renovations and New construction residential (HRVs, ERVs, central and ductless heat pumps, sheet metal ducting) * Light commercial service, balancing and commissioning (RTUs, MUAs and Exhaust systems, split systems, commercial ventilation systems)
*Duties*
* Install HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics. * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units. * Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems to determine the best course of action for repair. * Work with various tools and equipment to build, plumb, weld, and maintain HVAC systems. * Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during installation processes. * Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
*Skills*
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret drawings. * Proficient in HVAC installation techniques. * Experience in plumbing and brazing as it relates to HVAC systems is a plus. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. * If you are passionate about HVAC systems and have the necessary skills to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply!
