We are a growing Sport Surfacing company looking to add new team members. At Court Surface Specialists Ltd. we provide proper training to all team members, allowing for a rewarding career, and opportunity for advancement. We are looking to add a labourer to our construction team.
*Job Description:*
Outdoor work in a fast-paced environment, some duties include but not limited to;
· Load/Unload and transport of construction material
· Mix, Pour and spread materials
· Fine grading/leveling
· Misc. Tasks
Work day starts at 6:30 and typically ends around 5:00. Travel to and from job site is paid time. Occasional out of town work (Monday-Friday). Accommodation and meal allowance will be paid for by employer.
*Desired Work Experience:*
· 1-2 Years+ of construction/ landscaping experience is preferred
· 1+ Year of outdoor work is recommended
· Concrete finishing
*· Machine Operating (Bobcat,Compactor, Excavator)*
· Use of Power tools
*Requirements and Qualifications:*
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continuous basis
· Demonstrated teamwork skills
· Punctuality
· Problem Solving skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Ability to work safely and maintain efficiency
· Valid Ontario class G drivers licence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate: * Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience: * construction: 2 years (preferred)
