Join a patient-focused optical boutique in the heart of downtown Toronto, directly connected to a busy Optometrist's office. We're looking for a friendly, fashion-conscious Optical Sales Associate.
* Monday to Friday schedule?*no evenings or weekends* * Supportive, collaborative team culture * No high-pressure sales quotas?our focus is on honest recommendations and outstanding patient care * Full-time 9:00am to 6:00pm
*Scope of Work:*
* Help patients find frames that complement their style, lifestyle, and vision needs. * Provide personalized eyewear recommendations and exceptional customer service. * Process orders, insurance claims, and patient information accurately and efficiently. * Work with our Optometrist's office to create a seamless, positive patient experience. * Keep the Optical organized, inviting, and beautifully presented.

* Friendly, professional, and approachable personality * A passion for fashion, and helping people feel confident * Strong communication and organizational skills * Previous retail, optical, or customer service experience is an asset * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
We're hiring for a *full-time position only* and are not offering part-time opportunities at this time.

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
