*Installations Technician * *Windows, Doors, Decks (Exterior Renovations)*
Our Installations team is growing, and we are now accepting applications for a full-time _*Installer*_*, *based in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. We are seeking an Installations Specialist to provide support alongside our experienced installers to deliver high-quality installations.
This is a great opportunity for someone to develop hands-on installation experience & who is looking to build their skills, take on more responsibility and grow within a busy, established team.

*The qualified candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following job duties:*
* Assist with the installation of exterior windows, doors, decks, and siding on residential and commercial job sites * Prepare job sites, tools, and materials for daily installation work * Take accurate measurements and assist with cutting, fitting, and fastening materials to specification * Follow manufacturer installation guidelines and Company safety procedures at all times * Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites * Clean up job sites upon completion of work * Communicate professionally with customers, site supervisors, and team members
· Identify and report any job site issues, damage, or material shortages to the lead installer or supervisor
· Assist in building maintenance projects at Soo Mill
· Work within Ministry codes to ensure environmental, labor, health and safety, building & transportation codes
· Responsible to maintain company tools & equipment and keep in good working order
*Required Qualifications:*
· Class G Driver?s license with clean abstract ? requirement
· 1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction, installation, carpentry or related trade
· Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights (ladders, scaffolding)
· Ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance to reflect our premium brand and provide a superior standard of service and exceptional customer experience while working in a team environment and supporting and contributing to growth
· Attention to detail and focus
· Base knowledge of the home renovation industry, products & willingness to continually expand knowledge
