*Job Overview*
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven *Sales & Marketing Manager* to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.
The *Sales & Marketing Manager* plays a key role in *expanding our *customer base, increasing recurring revenue, and developing long-term client relationships.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Acquire new commercial clients * Grow the existing client base * Generate leads through calls, referrals, and site visits. * Assess customer needs and recommend the right security solutions. * Prepare quotes, proposals and contracts * Follow up with clients and close sales * Meet sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline * Coordinate with installation and support teams for smooth service * Keep accurate records in CRM and stay updated on industry trends
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 2+ years of experience in *field sales, business development, or account management* (B2B or B2C). * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Comfortable conducting on-site visits, demonstrations, and consultations. * Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
