*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Greenskeeper to join our team and ensure the golf course remains in excellent condition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the course's health and aesthetics through tasks such as mowing, watering, fertilizing, and managing pests. You will handle routine maintenance, including equipment upkeep and landscape care, to provide a high-quality playing experience. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for this role. Join us and contribute to creating an exceptional golfing environment.
*Contract Duration*
April 6 (Weather Dependent)- November 2nd
*Duties*
-Mowing and rolling greens, tees and fairways -Raking and weed control in bunkers -Repairing divots on course -Clearing debris using rakes and backpack blowers -Assisting in cultural practices (hand watering, topdressing, aeration) -Daily cleaning of equipment and maintenance facility
*Requirements*
*-*Valid driver's license -Ability to work in various weather conditions -Ability to follow directions and health and safety procedures - Prior experience in landscape maintenance preferred - Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
*Shift*
Monday-Friday- 6am-12pm, every other weekend 6am-10am (Summer)?????
Monday-Friday- 7am-1pm, every other weekend 7am-11am (Fall)
*Reports To*
Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents
