*What You?ll Do*
As our Service Manager, you will lead daily after-sales operations, drive department profitability, and mentor a talented team of advisors and technicians.
*Department Leadership & Strategy*
* Set, manage, and achieve annual operating budgets and department objectives in partnership with general management. * Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract new clientele and boost long-term customer retention. * Ensure full compliance with manufacturer warranty policies, provincial/federal regulations, and environmental/safety standards. * Monitor inventory and work closely with the Parts Manager to ensure seamless workflow and minimal shop downtime.
*Team Building & Operations*
* Hire, train, motivate, and mentor service advisors, technicians, and support staff to maintain peak productivity and high morale. * Build a collaborative, team-first culture across the service department and cultivate smooth cross-departmental relationships within the dealership. * Oversee scheduling, productivity tracking, and payroll documentation while identifying continuous technical training opportunities. * Maintain top-tier repair quality, perform periodic quality audits, and keep shop equipment, specialized tools, and customer spaces in prime condition.
*Customer Experience & Satisfaction*
* Serve as the champion for customer loyalty by building lasting relationships and handling inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. * Oversee after-sales customer satisfaction systems, ensuring fast intake, accurate estimates, and transparent communication. * Partner with local technical schools to foster community connections and build a future pipeline for top talent.
*What We?re Looking For*
* *Proven Experience:* Direct experience in automotive dealership service management (after-sales/fixed operations) is required. * *Leadership Skills:* A track record of coaching, motivating, and retaining high-performing service teams. * *Operational Knowledge:* Strong understanding of shop efficiency, warranty processing, financial budgeting, and modern diagnostic/repair workflow. * *Customer-First Mindset:* High standards for customer satisfaction and exceptional communication skills. * *Safety & Compliance Focus:* In-depth knowledge of workplace health and safety and environmental standards for automotive facilities.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
