Join a winning team delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction Great people who make a difference Strong company values and a clear vision for the future A positive and challenging work environment A diverse and equitable workforce Career developments with opportunities for advancementCompetitive rates of pay Qualifications:-Be at least 16 years of age-Have a current Standard First Aid and CPR C Certificate -Have National Certification for Lifeguard position-Be able to respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations-Be able to prevent accidents before they occur-previous experience is an asset-Be able to provide 5 star customer service General Duties Include:-Constant monitoring of the patrons in and around the pool-Identify safety risks and prevent incidents before they happen.-Enforce the rules in a direct and friendly manner -Perform first aid when needed-Fill out thorough and accurate accident reports and report to the Supervisor or Manager immediately-Care for patrons that need assistance (ie: wheelchair entry on ramp)-Count and record the number of patrons as required on daily log-Do water tests and take the pool temperature and record results on daily log-Complete required daily and weekly cleaning and record on checklists. Cleaning includes anything in the pool area (change rooms, fence, lamps, rails, tables, ledges, water station etc)-Report anything that needs repair to maintenance-Cover breaks and provide additional coverage in Cafe-Other duties as reasonably assigned by the manager or supervisor
