Viva Dental Wellness is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and motivated *Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)* to join our growing team in our beautiful Windermere clinic. We welcome both *new graduates* who are eager to learn and *experienced RDAs* looking for a supportive and positive workplace.

Schedule
* *Monday & Tuesday:* 11:30 AM ? 7:30 PM * *Wednesday & Thursday:* 7:30 AM ? 3:30 PM * *One Friday per month:* Sedation day

Qualifications
* *Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) licence in Alberta is required.* * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Positive attitude with a commitment to exceptional patient care * Experience is an asset, but *new graduates are encouraged to apply* * Experience with *ClearDent* software is an asset
Responsibilities
* Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures * Prepare treatment rooms and instruments * Sterilize instruments and maintain infection prevention and control protocols * Take dental radiographs (within scope of practice) * Educate patients on oral health and post-operative care * Maintain accurate patient records * Deliver outstanding patient care and help create a comfortable, welcoming experience
