*Mission: *
The role of Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, as well as assisting with the loading and unloading of audio-visual equipment.

*2. Execute Inventory Control and Equipment Tracking/Handling*
? Assist with inventory management and tracking to maintain accurate stock levels.
? Ensure inventory is organized and handled with proper care to minimize damage and loss.
? Assist with the loading and unloading of audio-visual equipment with attention to detail.
? Check in and verify incoming equipment to ensure accuracy and condition upon arrival.
*3. Prepare Equipment for Deployment and Return*
? Assist with the preparation of equipment for rental or deployment to ensure readiness.
? Ensure efficient and diligent pulling and returning of owned and cross-rented equipment and assets.
*4. Support Equipment Maintenance and Storage*
? Label and store equipment in designated areas to support accessibility and order.
? Assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment as needed to ensure functionality.

*Required Skills/Experience: *
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control environment is an asset
? Basic knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse procedures
? Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and consistently
? *Minimum 1 year* of experience in the audio-visual, live events industry
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
? Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and equipment logging
? Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures
? Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
