HVAC Installer (Piece Work ? Per Install) We?re looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team on a per-install basis. This is a hands-on role focused strictly on installation ? no sales, no quoting, no paperwork.
About Us: We are a small, nimble, locally owned HVAC company with ongoing development and contract work, currently expanding our residential branch. Our install pipeline is growing, and we?re building a reliable roster of installers to handle scheduled and overflow jobs as needed. Our areas served consist of Hamilton, Burlington, Brantford, Haldimand, and Niagara region.
What You?ll Do:
Complete residential HVAC installations (furnaces, AC units, etc.) Deliver clean, professional installs that meet code and company standards. Represent the company professionally on-site.

Requirements:
Gas Fitter Level 3 (minimum) and 313D or 313A License. Proven residential install experience. Own tools and reliable transportation. We will provide tools as needed, but prefer you have most of the basics. Ability to work independently and take ownership of the job.
