Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Full-Time Barista (Food Service Staff) to join our team at Starbucks (Pharmasave #416) in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Key Responsibilities:-Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming guest experience-Prepare beverages and food items to Starbucks standards-Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately-Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards-Restock supplies and support inventory management-Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications:-Passion for customer service and hospitality-Previous food service, Starbucks, or cashier experience is an asset-Knowledge of food handling and safety practices preferred-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail-Strong communication, time management, and cash-handling skills-Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Schedule:-32 to 40 hours per week (Full-Time) Store hours:-Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.-Saturday to Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.-Candidates must be flexible and available to work opening, daytime, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
