Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee daily office operations - Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Answer and direct incoming phone calls - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Real Estate Conveyancing - Manage accounting - Social Media Management & Marketing - Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and physical documents
Experience: - Proven experience in office administration or a related field - Strong clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping - Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work - Experience in training development is a plus
