We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant team. *Duties*

* Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth for children. * Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that respects diverse backgrounds and abilities. * Observe and assess children's progress regularly, documenting developmental milestones and communicating findings with families and team members. * Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and collaborating with specialists to meet individual requirements. * Maintain accurate records of attendance, incident reports, and other documentation in compliance with licensing standards. * Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns. * Ensure the classroom adheres to health and safety regulations at all times, including proper sanitation practices.

*Experience*

* Proven experience working with young children in an early childhood education setting or similar environment. * Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. * Experience working with children who have disabilities or special needs is highly desirable. * Bilingual abilities in English and French are an asset to support diverse communities. * Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members. * Proficiency in computer operation for record keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes. * Demonstrated organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently while maintaining a positive atmosphere. * Leadership qualities with the ability to guide children through learning experiences while fostering independence.
