*Duties*
* Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience * Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and upselling opportunities * Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences * Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts * Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked and attractive * Manage inventory levels and assist with merchandising strategies to maximize sales * Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy * Support store operations by adhering to company policies on cashiering, cash handling, and time management * Promote special offers, new products, and promotional campaigns effectively
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in technology or related fields * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers effectively * Bilingual abilities (English plus additional language) are a plus * Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for transactions * Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and technical sales is desirable * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism * Strong phone etiquette, time management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively * Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
