We are a busy, happy medical office that consists of 2 family practitioners , 2 locums and 2 MOA?s . The duties include: filing, faxing, escorting and preparing patients for their appointments, sterilizing equipment, keeping the lab/kitchen area clean, keep office areas organized, delivering mail and lab reports to the doctors and preparing charts for the next day, answering phones, making appointments (Oscar EMR), scanning and labelling documents, patient related tasks. It?s a job that requires a lot of energy and attention to detail. The current MOA?s are very happy to train the right person.
