Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, client-focused Hairstylist who can deliver exceptional hair services and basic beauty treatments. You?ll work with a steady flow of clients, help grow your own clientele, and contribute to an upbeat salon experience.
What We?re Looking For
* Minimum 2+ years professional experience as a hairstylist * Strong technical skills in: * Women?s cutting & styling * Men haircuts * Hair coloring, highlights/lowlights * Balayage techniques * Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent client-care skills * Ability to upsell retail products and support salon revenue * Comfortable managing light front-desk tasks (scheduling, welcoming clients, processing payments) * Flexible availability including some evenings/weekends
Preferred (Bonus)
* Experience in threading(must), waxing, or facials
