This also includes performing preventative maintenance on various equipment and machines and liaising and communicating with contractors and performing other related duties as required. This position is also responsible for the preventative maintenance of medical equipment such as beds, lifts, etc. Job DemandsBy applying for this job, you acknowledge an understanding that regular requirements and demands of this job include (but are not limited to):Constantly lifts, carries or moves objects up to 11 lbs., regularly between 11 - 44 lbs. and occasionally over 44 lbs.Regularly requires physical effort using tools that require accurate control and steadiness, maintaining physical balance, standing, walking, climbing, using gross and fine motor skills, and working in awkward or cramped positions requiring strength and/or endurance.Work is impacted by time pressures/deadlines, interruptions and lack of control over work pace as priorities change, services being interrupted, etc.Job QualificationsGraduation from High School or equivalent. Successful completion of a Journeyperson's Electrical Certificate. A minimum of three years of experience as an electrician is required.Demonstrated strong time management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
