*Position Overview*
The Office Administrator supports both our corporate office and hotel operations teams, with a strong emphasis on financial administration. The ideal candidate is detail?oriented, comfortable working in *Sage Intacct*, and able to manage a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism. This role involves *monthly accounts payable processing*, vendor communication, and maintaining organized financial records.
*Accounting Responsibilities *
* Assist in reviewing, and processing invoices and expense reports in Sage Intacct * Assist with month-end tasks such as reconciliations and reporting * Monitor AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries promptly
*Project Coordinator *
* Main point of contact for projects in the company, communicating between Head Office and Hotel Sites to ensure timelines and expectations are met * Bring creativity to the table!
*General Office Administrator*
* Provide administrative support to leadership and hotel managers including assisting with digital audits * Assist with document preparation, and internal communications * Help maintain an efficient, organized, and professional office environment
*Qualifications*
* *Preference given to candidates with Sage Intacct experience* * 1?3 years of administrative or accounting support experience (hospitality experience is an asset) * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational and time-management skills * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) * Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
